As I was spending my time reading a book at the library, some random thoughts came to mind. And to think about them now, it's even more devastating because it concerns one of my good friends.

I never knew what went wrong or who is at fault. And I can tell that I would never find the answer to that. It's even more worrying now that I know many people who have, in fact lost contact with their good friends - either for the better or for the worst - the latter being my case.

I've always been the one giving in to this very good friend of mine until I find it very annoying to even give in when the other party is not at all doing anything to save or maintain the friendship that has been built for quite some time.

Is it even reasonable to lose this friendship because of another person from the opposite gender? Come on, what's on your mind? Get the hell out of my sight and don't you ever say sorry to me again and again like how you apologised to me the other day when you saw me. You can really really go and don't ever look for me again. Halfway through my 5-months project, something triggered me - Will I be able to cope with the tedious process of transcribing the interviews that I have done, what more with transcribing an interview with a translator in it when I'm in the journalism field in the future (if I become a journalist that is) ?

Well, I have no answer to that at the moment because I'm in the midst of transcribing the interview that I had with an elderly who speaks the Teo-Chew dialect, but luckily for me, I had a translator with me during the interview, so it's not that bad after all, but the only thing is that I have to seriously transcribe everything word for word (including the OKs and hmm, etc.) Very tedious for someone who is new at transcription like me. And not to mention, the interview lasted for more than an hour, ok? So, imagine how long I would take to listen to the interview repeatedly and transcribe everything... Sigh. Someone, help!

I've been wondering for quite some time whether I should seriously go on with what I am doing with my life. I'm not wondering over the normal stuff like what other teens are doing or going through, like, going to school, or maybe work.

It's a little too complicated and confidential to let it all out here. I don't know. Maybe I'm just paranoid over the things that I have done and am still doing now. I'm confused - confused over the things that people say about the same thing. Confused over which is right and which is wrong - you know, when there's only a very fine line which separates the two. It's tough to make up my mind to decide on what I'm supposed to do next... Sigh.

YEEEESSSSSS! One week, three days left to the two months holiday!!! Yeap, very excited about it. Hehe. You know what happens when school holiday comes right? I don't have to elaborate more.

Anyway, I've signed up for this particular project which I'm going to work on for the next five months. Like woah! I don't know whether I would be able to stay committed to the project, but hopefully, I would. =/ Sigh. So many training and workshop sessions have been scheduled for us. How am I going to survive man? I'm choked.

A reflection for us all:
Time changes every single thing - even the minor ones. Not every single thing that we treasure now would still be able to be treasured in another second because people change, same goes for the environment which we live in. HAVE A MERRY MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE! ENJOY!

Christmas Eve yesterday was spent at the New Life Presbyterian Church - no, no, I'm not a Christian, and I don't go for church services - for Edith's Christmas musical. (It was the first time I entered a church, and it was oh-so-exciting please.) Hehehe. I personally liked the story line and it does exist in the world that we are living in. But the actors and actresses were the ones who have put in so much emphasis in bringing out the liveliness of the show. And, I'm proud to say that Edith was one of the actresses and she was the best. (Edith, really laa, not trying to please you or anything. I'm not here to please anyone.) HAHA! Reason why? She shouted, showed attitude, threw tantrum and those acts of relativity to what I've mentioned. A little bitchy though. But it was fantabulous, baby. Hahaha! A good job well done, EDITH! Hugs. =) And then, after the musical, went for a late night movie with the friends who went for the musical too. Hee hee. =) A form of counting down for christmas too. Hehe. =P

You know, it has been quite some time since someone last said something which would be playing over and over again in my mind...

So, yesterday was Syai's book out day and we went to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks. HAHAHA! It was a good show and is very hilarious. HAHAHA! It is a MUST watch for those of you who have a life. HAHAHA!

But what intrigued me the most was after the movie, when he started to share with me about the lines on his left palm - the curvy ones, the broken ones, and the all sort of lines ok. Till now, whatever that he said about the lines are still playing on my mind repetitively. I'm not being superstitious here but I'm just trying to make sense of things. I kept on looking at my left palm and get more curious about all the lines - simply, just what each of them means or represent. HAHAHA! But believe me, I'm not going to any fortune tellers to tell me what kind of future that I would be having or ask anyone about the lines on my left palm or even the right one. HAHAHA!

Some of you might be wondering why is it the left palm that I've been emphasising about. According to Syai (or some other people who have told him about the lines on his palm), the right palm would tell you about your spouse. HAHAHA! How cool. But yeah, for those of you who are into superstitious stuff, you might believe that each line represents different things, and as for me, I'm not more than just being curious, that's all. HAHAHA! Well, everything is in God's hands. I don't know anything about my future, and neither any of you out there. HAHA! Sunday was the most happiest moment for Lina and Indra when they finally got engaged and yeah, I went for their engagement ceremony with the normal gang. Hahaha. Just felt happy for them. Hahaha. Congratulations Lina and Indra! Hahaha.

Went out for a movie and window-shopping after school with Syai on Monday. Haha. This guy knows a lot about cameras (a good source for my future career yeah - photojournalist maybe?) Hahaha. I'm impressed by the amount of knowledge that he has for cameras and also marine fish. Hahaha. Aww. He left for Police Academy yesterday but was happy for him because he knows what he wants in this life and yeah, he said he was having fun there. Hahaha. Ok. Hahah. Enough about him ok. Haha.

And so yesterday, after school, went to Vivo to window-shop (again) with Ron, Kai Wei and Pei Ling. Hahaha. Pei Ling is so into job-hunting laa. Hahaha. Despo! Hahaha. But it's ok, girl. At least despo for jobs is better than despo for girls like some people out there, yarh? Hahaha. Ok, that's all about yesterday. Hahaha.

Tonight's gotta be fun because I'm having a campfire cum re-union at Jalan Bahtera, I supposed. Hahaha. So, meeting up with Zubbie first before meeting the rest. Hahaha. How does it feel like when you get to meet your best friend - when I mean best, I meant superb - after aeon years of not meeting up? I can tell you that it's definitely great and fun when you get to see your bestie again even for a short period of time. You know, the saying - "better than never." Yeah, it's great! Haha. Even though I've only managed to meet one of the besties on Thursday, I felt exultant, but too bad, time wasn't on our side to fully catch up with each other's lives and to also meet up with the rest of the clique. Aww.

Sometimes, things don't go the way you want them to be and that promises are broken due to certain reasons - of which most of them are unknown.

I have always been searching for the reason why I am a distant away from you now and that I feel weird when we are together as you will be in your own world and likewise for myself. I wish we could have been like how we used to be since school started and stay that way or better, forever.

I am sorry if I have been the one ruining our friendship because I myself do not know the reason why we are in this condition now. Even if it's my fault, I know, things wouldn't be the same again. Sorry sorry sorry. =(

This ruined friendship is definitely not equivalent to the number of times that I'm saying sorry to you because I know it hurts real bad when we are acting more like strangers now. You look at me and I look at you when we meet up and none of us would say anything or even if there is, you would be the one talking but none of which I am interested in. The existence of a "pest" in my life - I hate it. "Pest" here is referring to someone whom always bug other people about your life, and thereafter, start to envy you on whatever that you have or do and start to gossip about you. Sickening isn't it?

I recently found out about this "pest" of mine from a few people. I shall not disclose the identity of the "pest" and also the people whom have told me about it. I am just so pissed off with this "pest" of mine whom always look for trouble with me or even ask someone whom I mingle with for an activity after the activity. It's like this "pest" is being my own shadow but it doesn't follow me wherever I go, instead, bug people to tell him what I did during the activity or outing - easy to say, wherever I go with the presence of other people whom he know.

And it is even more depressing when he is only an acquaitance of mine, yet, he is already a "pest" in my life. I don't know what he regard me as, but I definitely regard him as an acquaitance. Even my closest friends are not like that. I am definitely very uncomfortable with the way this "pest" is treating me now and his presence. Does anyone have any idea(s) as to how to get rid of this "pest" who is just so sickening and very YA-YA? Feel free to talk to me about it or e-mail me. Thank you very much. Went for bowling at Yishun Safra with a few of my classmates - Peiling, Peiqi, Edith, XiaoJing, Ronnie, Faiz, Haziq and Ahmad. It was an ultimate fun experience when we could see the different kinds of funny funny poses that the classmates possessed at the bowling alleys. But the most funniest were Xiao Jing's and Haziq's as their poses, especially Haziq's, was considered as "abnormal". HAHAHA! Xiao Jing's pose was very "laggy" just like how the person is and Haziq's pose (a VERY wrong pose) only came after he threw the ball. hahaha! went to McDonalds after bowling to slack.

Went for Justin's concert band's performance at Chong Boon Secondary School (some school located at an ulu part of Ang Mo Kio) at 7:30 pm with a few of my classmates again. The performance was not that bad after all, with only some parts are boring and draggy like the Chinese Dance. Overall, Justin did a good job in playing the saxophone and it is indeed great to see the many different talents from my class. =)
